Lecture Halls
Good and comfortable learning environment is necessary for better education and research. Faculty of computing contains a number of lecture halls. Lecture hall are fully air-conditioned. They are equipped with audio-visual teaching support. Multimedia facilities are provides in each lecture hall. All these contribute in quality education at RII.
Laboratories
Faculty of computing contains five computer labs. Each lab is equipped with twenty state of the art work stations. Four labs are reserved for undergraduate level students. They are specially designed for learning tools and software development. A separate research lab is also available for postgraduate level students. Various digital libraries and journals are online available. Labs are also supported by audio-visual support. They can also be used for teaching purposes when required.
Library
Latest books about theory, tools, and technology are very essential for professional computing education. RIU contains a central AL-Zulfikhar Library. Library contains thousands of computing books which are available to students. Online journals are also available in Library.
Hostel
Separate hostel facility is available for both male and female students at reasonable cost.
Transport
Faculty of computing is located at a centralized location, easily accessible from both Rawalpind Islambad twin cities. Transport facility is also available for students at reasonable cost.
